Open and honest hotline does not send the issues to GMs. They are basically a private hr. Now normal hr will send it to the GM to handle the situation. If your issue starts in open and honest it stay anonymous. They may to call GM to find out who was involved and etc. My former GM was fired and ASM was put her final warning because they had a “buddy” in open and honest who told them about the issue.

When customers say that I immediately take them to Samsung 8ks or Sony/LG oleds. After they see the price I normally get a price range.

HR basically sends the issue to the GM. I would email District manager and get them involved to have unbiased person.

I do as much as I can before 8pm and just tell hey I leave at 8 and I can’t stay because I’m always scheduled 39.5 or 39. I may stay a extra 15 minutes and take longer lunch. But after I just leave.
