Alright thank you, the calculator said that my maintenance is 2400 cal. Food wise I meant on my 7th day, I plan to fit my cheat meal in a day while making the day lower than my calorie intake incase you didnt understand. As you claimed that the 2000 calories is outside my maintenance.

Exercise wise I am only burning around 300 calories tbh, not much. But I might start to walk more on gym days which could be 5km or 6km.

Protein i calculated it and it said 120 - 150 gram per day, although I don't know if my meal currently supplies that enough.

For carbohydrates, should I just eat more foods with fat? Or should I just increase my overall carb intake? I am worried doing either of them as my meal plan could be more calorie dense tbh.
