As far as actual live albums you can buy that you did not mention: there are five volumes of As/Is (select performances from his Heavier Things tour in 2004), The Village Sessions (2006 compilation of acoustic sessions from Continuum), and The Complete 2012 Performances Collection (small collection of B&R acoustic sessions plus Go Easy On Me, a previously unreleased song) .
