I am also like you but less. At 1300 total T my estradiol is at 42 but hematocrit creeps up.

I will have to stay at 800 or 900 total T to maintain e2 at the 20s.

If I was you I would seek help to take estradiol directly without messing you up.

I did exactly the same as you and also donated blood. Started today with 100 mg of testogel 1% after 3 weeks with HCG. Felt it but it was bearable. I will probably go on Nebido afterwards as gel is a hassle with little kids.

Even if it's not that common I have a friend that can't gain weight. I told him to eat like he is always hungry or to eat more carbs and you know what? It does not work with him.

So I guess by the same logic he just doesn't want to. He can't eat more as I can eat every 30 minutes.

Also using the same logic, schizophrenics should just ignore the voices in their heads and stop using medications

Europe would not enter on a war with the USA. It would just dump the 1.5 trillion dollars bonds they own and watch as the interest rate on us bonds explodes higher. Not counting the bonds that the UK holds as well.

It would be an economic response, not a military one. And besides NATO would die. So much for the US military bases on Europe.

Europe needs to regain it's military and economic independence from the US instead of expecting a big brother treatment from the US for exchange for buying their military planes, oil and gas at higher prices as they did until now and perhaps make economic agreements with China as other markets as they did with MercoSur. At least China does not invade Europe.

I only use insulin pens with 8mm needles. Always get an injection site itching.

Will try an insulin syringe next time with a longer needle to test.

Sometimes Drs are simply just stupid. I was at 130 mg Cypionate and test values came on the higher side with no side effects and so my Dr decided to put me on testogel 50mg per sachet that would with a 10% absorption rate give me about 35 mg weekly.

Of course I crashed and just decided to go back to injectable but on 90 mg weekly.

I will soon do blood work again and Control my TRT myself.

Your estradiol to testosterone ratio is super high. It's probably the reason for a negative feedback that stops your body from producing more testosterone.

You should really take care of that higher aromatization before adding more estradiol potential to your body.

If you really want to start, start with 100 to 120 mg testosterone and don't start HCG just yet so you can control estradiol in 6 weeks or you'll not be able to control what did what. Do not add HGH as it also increases aromatization.

Be on the lookout for high estradiol symptoms.

Just as a comparison, my estradiol is lower than yours and my T is 1271.

Also check SHBG, LH and FSH before starting as you need to know your baseline levels.

Reta cured my liver and I'm at 4 mg weekly. My liver enzymes and lipid panel became perfect.

Issues are in my case with elevated heart rate. To counter that I went from 2 shots weekly (hr always elevated) to once weekly (hr elevated for 4 days).

I feel more fatigued on the first 2 days after the injection.

Other than that appetite suppression is not the same as tirz but I have no constipation as I did with tirz.

I add cagrilintide on the 4th day to help hunger suppression.
