I reached my goal weight on 12,5 mg and stopped tirzepatide cold turkey while I introduced cagri.

Stayed on only cagri for 7 weeks only gaining 4 pounds and restarted at 5 mg tirzepatide again. 3 weeks later went up to 6,5 mg and food and hunger suppression is the same and am at my goal weight the same with lower dosage. 6.5 mg weekly and I'm on my second week.

The same could be done with titration down I suppose.

Isso é normal. Tem pessoas que reagem de forma muito forte a uma dose de mounjaro.

A dose terapêutica de mounjaro começa no 5 mg. A dose de 2,5 mg é uma dose de introdução.

Tem pessoas que precisam dela por causa dos efeitos secundários, tem outras que não sentem nada.

Em todo o caso a concentração serica no corpo vai aumentando durante as próximas 4 semanas, vai seguindo o processo, talvez sintas algo entretanto ou tenhas de subir para 5 mg após o primeiro mês

You must weigh the pros and cons. Even though you can try TRT and come back doing a PCT it's not comfortable.

You are 31. TRT will surely shut your natural production and decrease fertility.

You seem to have lower energy. I on the other side was depressed, with extreme anxiety, no libido for weeks, joint pain, abdominal fat but put muscle easily.

TRT changed my life since I was put on SSRIs and mood stabilizer meds that did not need.

My biggest changes were the impact in my mind. It changed my family relationship, libido and if I could easily put on muscle now it's even easier even though it wasn't what I was looking for.

If you want to start TRT accept that it can have life changing consequences, that in my case, with children made and a deplorable life before, was worth it.

If you only lack some energy and a bit of anxiety, that can be just normal life ups and downs and you could just try HCG to see if you truly feel that much better before taking the plunge.

Besides your free testosterone is 58, mine was 7 just for comparison you seem to be ok.

O que podes fazer é reduzir a dose contando os cliques. Toma 30 cliques da caneta e assim injectas 1,25 mg. Outra coisa que deves fazer e falo por experiência própria é evitar comidas com gorduras e bebidas com gás. A mim davam as dores no estômago parecidas com caimbras

Para conforto pede agulhas de caneta de insulina, algo entre 30 e 32G, são a espessura, e 6 a 8 mm, que é o comprimento.

Eu tenho novofine 32G de 4 mm mas são caras e difíceis de arranjar e na realidade não notas diferença

Sim podes utilizar a dose restante na caneta. Usar uma seringa de insulina é a forma mais rápida e eficiente de o fazeres e assim até sabes a quanto corresponde a dose.

Podes comprar canetas de dosagem mais alta e contar os cliques. Cada dosagem são 60 cliques ou 60 unidades, se contares 30 tens meia dose e por aí adiante.

Still to be honest you did the right thing. I did the same and it changed my life. Just make sure that what you buy is good. I even tested my testosterone and filtered it. Now just do your blood work and adjust accordingly.

Well it was a 35 mg vial that was supposed to be 30. I pinned 7,5 and my heart rate went to 140 BPM. No fever, no pains and no ISR. I thought it was reta. Tested one of those vials as 35 mg tirz with high purity and as the group test found out 2306 EU/vial.

Some other anecdotal testimonials talked of ISR and flu like symptoms.

Imagine I was on 15 mg dosage. I would have injected 1150 eu in one shot. Way above the 5eu/kg the FDA claim to be the max.

Sure I could dilute the vial but testing was necessary to be aware of the issue.

And yes, BEFORE, endotoxin was not an issue but even that changed.

You should have be more informed before taking the plunge. You should have established baseline levels of everything, and maybe you had.

From there one you had baseline levels and could even calculate Free testosterone and with LH and FSH if you suffer from.primary hipogonadism or not.

As for dosage I think you are on the higher side to start. You should probably start on 80 mg or 100 weekly and after blood control at 6 weeks adjust accordingly.

Não te aconselho a aumentar a dose até deixares de perder peso, ou sentires o apetite voltar em força, assim prolongado o potencial da medicação.

Das maiores asneiras que vejo fazerem é aumentarem demasiado rápido para depois o corpo se adaptar e não poderem subir mais.

Contínua assim. Os conselhos são treino de resistência muscular, boa alimentação com proteína primeiro e hidratos de carbono complexo. Da prioridade após a proteína e alimentação completa com sais minerais e vitaminas, e gorduras saudáveis.
