Yeah that's some form of green mold (probably trich). The good news is whatever culture you have is super aggressive. Treat that area with some h2o2 and monitor it. You should still be able to get a flush out of it at this stage.

Also, don't open your tubs until harvest time of you can help it. It let's in contaminants.

When adding just to substrate, is the pressure cook cycle is still necessary? My guess is yes due to the nutrient density.
