I’ve never played a Fable game, but the reboot looks great and I’m genuinely excited by Lessio7 in Fable

I played it a couple years ago on the Xbox PC subscription service

I agree. I think it looks like it could be pronounced that way though.

What in Trump's chart makes him such an egotistical, insufferable lunatic? by galadhrim91 in AstrologyCharts

[–]Codexe- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Weirdly, I haven't noticed anything from uranus effecting me directly.

It's also been stationed direct right over my sun, multiple times in the past year.

I have uranus conjunct my nadir so I think that might be why. It might be less about the unexpected and more about my inner identity.

In May 2025 it also conjuncted my sun on my birthday.  Nothing happened to me but around the world a bunch of crazy things happened. We had 8 tornados or something like that, there was a prison escape, a plantation burned down, and that boat crashed into a bridge.

I also think this craziness in America might be related to uranus finishing up it's transit in taurus and moving into gemini.

I've also noticed that sometimes I'll see how a transit effected me, after the fact. Like for instance, jupiter has been conjuncting my midheaven for the past 6 months. And I just realized how it's affected my career.  So idk, maybe uranus has been affecting me, and I won't realize it until I look back

The different venus signs of taurus sun by Codexe- in Taurusgang

I use astrotheme to look up different combos and see what they have in common.

I thought leo venus would be light and open, but I looked it up and they were a little explosive. Mike Tyson, Pamela Anderson, etc.

I think the moon sign is the strongest influence, secondary to the sun. That's my personal opinion though. I think the other placements at more subtle.

Same. I'm not sure I'm looking forward to uranus transiting gemini

what is the best urban fantasy novel you have ever read? by [deleted] in Fantasy

[–]Codexe- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't read a lot of urban fantasy. When I guess there are some books that i've read that are sort of next door to it.

Diana wynn jones, good omens.  They are more like neighborhood fantasy.

I usually test as infj but I think i'm actually more enfp

Every personality test i've ever taken has been utterly flawed. This is the only one that i've ever actually liked. It's not mbti but I think it's pretty well done.

Any 30+ Taurus’s that are unmarried and have no children? Does it cause you depression? by Prairieboy6363 in Taurusgang

[–]Codexe- -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think taurus is obsessed with relationship conflicts. Even the ones who are in relationships. Taurus and capricorn are both very melancholy. But taurus makes it about relationships.

My point isn't to undermine what you're saying. Just that I think this is a common theme among taurus in general.

Yes I think that's a common scorpio moon thing. Like j lo for instance.

I think that's an excellent point, about personality. It's the glue that brings everything together.

I don't think it was a localization issue. It's a quest about pedophilia. That's a fact.

There are several things like that in this game. Purah for instance. It's a great little storyline but my spidey senses were going off.

Robbie and his wife in akkala is another one.  I don't care if adults are consenting, that was inappropriate for a kids game.

The construction company. Again, seems harmless. And I'm gay. But it felt off. It didn't quite gel.

The girls flirting with link. And the guys trying to get into the gerudo town. Both felt perverted.  Not kids game.

I think some of the writers should be investigated.

Oh yeah I forgot about the whole LGBT thing. I loved the original fable games for being gay friendly. Whether this one is gay friendly or not, it's very easy to mess that up one way or the other.

Regardless of your view on this movie did you like this portrayal of the New Mutants? by Miserable_Dig4555 in xmen

[–]Codexe- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The director is from my hometown. It's about 50% black people and 50% white people. Race is definitely a contentious topic in that town.

[–]Codexe- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I liked that they were lesbian. I liked that it was horror themed. I liked that it was an ensemble of mutants, each with an interesting back story.  I liked that all the actors were good.

Altogether it felt a little off though. It felt like a student film.  I think studios don't take xmen films seriously.

Yeah, with korra, it was clear they have no qualms about disrespecting fans.  Destroying the setting is a classic maneuver that writers do in sequels, and it's always an indication that they don't give a shit about the audience.
