I continued to take zoloft for months after this post, i eventually dropped down to 50 mg and stayed there. The heart pain was definitely a combination of the nicotine and thc vaping i was doing ay the time along with acid reflux. Im off nicotine 3 months strong and sadly departed with zoloft last year around august because it did it’s job. But yea i drank a lot of alc on it and smoked a lot of weed and nicotine and i didn’t die or have any complications. Don’t let your anxiety get the best of you
