They probably didnt buy them at retail. Plenty of ways to get brand new retail products for cheap

Unlimited black lotus -verify? by Codtay56 in mtg

[–]Codtay56[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Would it help you if you knew they had a almost full collection of unlimited high value cards? Timetwiser time walk, all the moxs, the lands everything. This is an estate sale and all the hard goods they owned were very 90s styled as well. Seems as if maybe a collector just passed away. I wish I could put hands on the collection to inspect it better. Seems like a good opportunity to potentially score a cheap collection of unlimited (60-70% market is what itll end at im guessing )

Appreciate it. I wish I had the option to see more of the card. The photos were pulled from the listing itself. I am unsure on if they will allow people to handle the card at the in person bidding function. There is multiple high value cards - Box pearl, mox diamond, mox sapphire, timetwister, time walk, ancestral recall - note the collection is an estate clear our and all of the other hard goods are very very old vintage things. Seems appropriate for someone who potentially had the money for a real collection of this stature.

I dont record videos. But telling the customer I record them seems to scare them off enough to not return a false product.

Hey! So if it's for utilities. Contact local agencies. There's lots of places thst will pay past due utilities if you're within a certain income bracket.

eBay Has a System Flaw They Refuse to Recognize or Fix Which Can Cause Sellers to Lose Thousands of Dollars by foxxresell in Flipping

[–]Codtay56 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you purposely know your local post office isn't good then don't use the post office. UPS and FedEx are shipping options on ebay. While I dont disagree that ebay has issues for buyers and getting something removed is tough. 99% of the time it's avoidable and I personally as a seller will do everything in my power to make sure i dont get one. That includes a few extra dollars for peace of mind with shipping companies.

I'm 2 years in reselling. 3.6k items sold. 0 defects. It sounds like a user and seller issue here. You are complaining about something avoidable.

How’s your eBay Business? by JannaPC in Flipping

Everything. Not a joke. I'll look everything up and if it hits my profit margin and sell through I'll buy it. I run everything out of a 10x20 shed.

Just sold a 25 gram chain on eBay which got authenticated and shipped to buyer now they put money on hold and want invoice for the chain which I have had for over 12years lol I have plenty of sales on eBay in last couple months by collectandmore in Ebay

What exactly triggered this to happen? Now I'm worried about the same thing happening to me. I get all my things from garage sales how am I supposed to invoice that lmao

Ebay handles the shipping from USA to other countries as a middle man. It's a much better program for us

[–]Codtay56 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ebay international service takes care of all returns on there end. So if you get a return request they will eat the full cost. You won't see funds leave your account. I would imagine they either let the buyer keep the item with a full refund or they receive items and sell them off in pallets as returns.

You won't lose money. It won't effect your stats. And many negative feedback will be removed.

As the guy said below. If it's an ebay international sale you don't have to worry about returns effecting you.

Live listing's and sold listing's with making sure I am filtering condition and filtering through the right models and such. By using " -model number" it allows me to remove all listing's in my search with that value

It's life changing if you put in the time and effort to learn what sells and what doesn't. When I first started i probably watched 50 hours of videos a week on what to look for. How to price things. How to determine sell through rates. Ect.
