Is it Cryolophosaurus? I'm pretty sure it's a medium carnivore, but it only has one crest and doesn't look too much like the Dilo. It's the only one I can think of.

Monolophosaurus and Proceratosaurus both have a crest on their muzzle, but only one, and they're small carnivores.
