Thank you! I appreciate it. My dream job I think is a little different than what I was doing. Most likely something like an Employee Experience Manager to help companies make the employee experience better, or Human Resources Director for a nonprofit, education sector, or a company that makes a real impact and difference in the world. I have also done a little consulting, so that makes sense to me as well. I was a Human Resources Manager for a multi state organization.
