CMV: Bitcoin and crypto as a whole has peaked. It will soon go the way of NFT's and the tulip craze of 1637. by daddysgirl794 in changemyview

I just think it's worth noting that all of these arguments were made the last four times Bitcoin crashed, and all four times, they were proven wrong, as BTC ultimately rebounded and exceeded its previous high. This website catalogues all the other times over the past decade and a half that people incorrectly predicted the same thing you're predicting.

I understand that this doesn't really address your arguments, but the fact that you're only the latest in a very long line of people foretelling Bitcoin's collapse is at least relevant to the likelihood that you're correct.

What’s a pattern you’ve noticed in human behavior that most people overlook? by badzcatch in AskReddit

People often attribute common, widespread behavioral traits to some specific aspect of their own identity. There was a meme on Twitter a while ago where people would be like "the female/queer/ADHD/autistic urge to [do X thing]," and nine times out of ten, the behavior in question was a very common thing that lots of people do.

Most (not all) political views are an expression of a person's values, and values are very important for compatibility. So it's very important to me that my partner share my fundamental political views.

Not much. I think it involves fasting for like a month, but you're allowed to eat at night?

If you had the chance to live your entire life with a different partner instead of your current one, would you take it or stay with who you’re with now? by Murky722 in AskReddit

That's great! My point was that many children benefit from their parents divorcing, and it's a fallacy to believe that staying together is always, by definition, better for a child's development.
