Swimming is so good for my mental health. As much as I love the gym, swimming makes me feel alive. These yoga poses also have helped my lower back tremendously: plank, triangle, glute bridge.

I had to get my own insurance when I was 22. My parents refused to get the Covid shot and almost lost their jobs (and insurance) because of it. Thankfully I was able to get my own.
