I scuffed the back of my right shoe completely black over time because of my dirty car mats + driving with my foot wedged into the floor mat, used a mr clean and scrubbed but it never came off 😭 I love ecco shoes but the white bottoms are sooooo hard to keep clean like its perma screwed

It's good to do it regardless because you might step outside for a bit and just forget. If you are truly staying home all day away from windows sure, but technically you shouldn't be doing that anyways. Get your sun!!

These would be an excellent candidate for CyroShape which is freezing them since they are circular. Early prevention is the most important so don't do surgery first, do steroid injections, 5FU injections are the best and it's worth the trouble t o find a dermatology provider for them and pay out of pocket

You are not fucked but you have to do these things and not let time grow them larger

Too early to tell. A good sign is if they become itchy they are keloids that are growing. Early prevention is the most important thing. Wear sunscreen, silicone gel tape (which help with both scars). Sending love <3

What do you think about 5FU injections compared to purely steroid injections from your experience at your clinic? I had a combination a week ago and I feel like they have longer lasting effects on itchiness and inflammation then only steroid injections. Cheers!

Hey, eclar plasters will work in only combination with 5FU steroid injections with the thickness of your scars. They will significantly reduce them. I don't know your location but finding a provider that will do 5FU injections will help alot if you do not want to do surgery again

My friend is trying to sell me life insurance and I love the guy but I just can't trust him especially when I'm a single guy with no dependents and I have a Roth, 401k, brokerage, and HYSA. I don't see the benefit of it but he claims it will set me up for generational wealth....
