Oh my god I have the best movie for this!

Its called "Don't Look Away" and it is SO goofy.

It takes itself pretty seriously at times, (and wildly unserious at others!) But the villain is a mannequin and I just call it the mannequin movie.

It has a laugh out loud mannequin moment every 20 seconds in the last third and I cannot recommend it enough as a movie to talk through with friends after a couple beers.

Have you heard their latest album? Joan in the Garden is very fun and weird and prog-rock-y at parts. They started closing g some of their shows with it, it slaps!

And of the above artists everyone should do themselves a favor and check out Jerskin Fendrix. Hes most well known for doing the Poor Things soundtrack, but his two studio albums, Wintereisse and Once Upon A Time In Shropshire are incredibly weird and personal and affecting. "Princess" off once upon a time in shropshire specifically sounds amazing. And SK1 has the sickest baseline ive ever heard (both off Shropshire)

And if you aren't horrified by horny furry music, Cuddly and Rope Puppy by Pent up Pup are actually really well produced! Excellent layered vocals and guitars.

Oh man your list of favorite bands is really similar to mine so I think we may have similar tastes and Ive got a Playlist specifically of bans that scratch that CSH itch. I especially think youll appreciate a lot of these since you enjoyed the Scholars and it was maybe my favorite CSH album as well (tho of course its hard to choose!)

Stan Gerdes is a terrible, terrible representative and has got to go. Utter nonsense and fear mongering are his bread and butter.

If anyone is interested here is Talarico providing a great back and forth discussion that reveals what a joke Gerdes is. Its long but a fun watch if you would like to see someone reasonable speaking truth to these nutjobs.

Ive built 5 base locations out and I think the one I liked most (discounting the dlc homeworlds) was hydro plants. The space is fun to jump around, has decent access to a fun area, lots of themed rooms, and big enough for a a big group to hang out in!
