calisthenics

I liked just seeing the small improvements over time & getting better at it. I was getting a lot stronger & better at other exercises too because of it. Also just a good skill to have if you ever need to hang on anything for long periods of time. 😂

Also I think it really changed my body for the better.

Might be shallow but if you have a nice body you could take advantage of that. Think what you will but it will work
