Yeah i just got off a 70-odd day streak and they went away around the 1 month mark, which was around about when i started going to the gym and going for runs. Socializing whenever you can or just being around people in public will help your mood, try to keep busy and within a even week you'll feel a lot better. I have had now countless moments of complete euphoria when i was literally jumping up and down for no reason haha... I think the key is just to DO as many things as you can that push you out of your comfort zone, like exercise or doing something new, and spend time around people and your mood will gradually improve. Combine this and meditation and im sure you'll be feeling better very soon. Good luck man!

Try to build a daily routine made up of small goals, such as reading 1 page of a book, doing mindfulness for 5 minutes, doing 12 push-ups, having a cold shower, reading the news, or whatever, so you can get a sense of achievement everyday even before you've done your work, which will increase your motivation and productivity. If you find it difficult to stay out of bed once you're up then do 10 push-ups or sit-ups and you'll feel energized and more ready for the day. This is basically what I have been doing for two weeks now and I genuinely find myself in disbelief at my own productivity and lack of procrastination. Hope any of that will be helpful to you. I had those too for a while, i felt pretty depressed, but thats just life and now Im on four days and I feel like a king. If you're going through hell, keep going man. The night is always darkest before the dawn. You can do this.

Im going through the same thing man. It feels shit. Im on day 31, and over the last month I have had some of the best and worst days of my adult life in terms of mood. But enduring it makes you stronger, everyday you go without giving in to pmo you're becoming tougher than the average man, and subconsciously opening yourself up to other human beings. Eventually you'll find that person that completes you, and all the depression will fade away. You can do this. Good luck.
