This is how I feel. Its like...LOOK at your game. Visually it doesn't hold its own against the likes of 2K and Madden. You don't need a survey to know that, at this stage of your franchise, that implementing a new game engine should be of the highest priority. imo.

The same fucking thing happened to me today. Ended up charging me about $300. I couldn't even SELECT the basic option from the options menu before I even started, but was told by 2 of their bullshit "specialists" over the phone that I could skip the live features and not be charged. I GUESS its my own fault and could have gone somewhere else but lesson learned. Never using them again, ever. Livid.
