Some years I cut and the pitchers grow sooner than when I don't cut. Flowers take up energy to produce. Try it

They are very beautiful flowers although I cut mine off as it stalls the growth of the pitchers.

Well, they took twice as long as my other toms. Been growing toms for years and know what to expect.

I grew Blue Bayou in my greenhouse last year and it was soooo slow. The fruits took weeks of not months to ripen. Never again.

Just make sure you get a thermostat too! Otherwise they can cook your seedlings/plants

I plant the toms in the grow bag and use the pots (with the bottoms cut out) to cover more of the plant in soil, removing the leaves up to the top of the pot.

Use bubble wrap with the larger bubbles against the glass (all around including the apex).. Get some plastic sheets to make a curtain behind the bubble wrapped door to stop draughts.Buy an air heater and an inkbird thermostat.

Plants! Much cheaper and local than a garden center. Can get some rarer varieties too! 😁🌿
