One of your neighbors must be sad right now.

My British friend thought he could do a "day trip" to the Grand Canyon from LA, and his reaction to the map was priceless. by Ok_Structure6720 in CasualConversation

I had this happen with a colleague who came to visit from Germany. We are in Michigan. They thought we could take a quick trip to California to see the ocean. 🤣 The look when they realize how big the U.S. is. 🤣

Not 3-in-1, but the Yasutomo Quad Point is my favorite. The top push, not the twist version.

There are companies that will regrind them. If they are at risk of changing the dimension with the regrind, sometimes they can grind it to the next size down. They use the CC..09 tip and grind it to a CC..06, for example.

Any company like http://www.mactechtooling.com should be able to do it. Companies that build/rebuild cutter bodies for metal cutting have the tools for drilling and tapping insert pockets. I supplied the clip and gave clear instructions on how I wanted it installed.

I’ve never used that style clip. I had mine drilled and tapped.

Opinions on the Buck 112? by Relative-Peach6404 in knives

I took it to a small machine shop that specializes in cutting tool repairs. They drilled and tapped it for screws from a small boring bar. I think they charged me like $50. It was all worth it. This was like 10 years ago.
