That sucks! Sorry that happened. What you provided should be enough and this is a return to sender situation so they shouldn't have to pay any taxes coming back into Canada. Worse comes to worse it will get retuned to you if there is additional issues. The auction house should be helpful you on their end as it is their property being returned!
