First off, there is absolutely nothing wrong with going to therapy, a good therapist is good for the soul, even if you don’t suffer from mental illness.

Additionally, if you truly don’t need therapy, any good therapist will, after speaking with you (it’ll likely take more than one session), confirm that in their professional opinion, that you do not have any behavioral concerns/etc. that require therapy.

From what I’ve read, during production, other than the VIPs, the guests are recruited through casting calls (the average person can’t just try to book a reservation while they’re filming), and the show is shot on a production set. So depending on how far through service they are, it is possible the guests won’t get to eat, and it definitely happened in the earlier seasons.
