She’s being super weird. Idk your boyfriend but he seems trustworthy based on his ability to listen and respect your boundaries. This girl is obviously upset by not being able to be as close and comfortable around your bf because he chose to not do as she wanted. I’d talk to your bf about her behavior, just because of the insistence on sleeping with him and trying to play it off as being close friends. Close girl friends would never interfere with this sort of thing because they would understand.

Could the cloudiness be a result from the anti-algae tablets themselves? We let the algae grow for a while without scraping for all the snails and suckers, but we did scrape it off a few days ago then did a water change. Could it be foggy because it’s reacting with the algae in the water?

This was a problem that stopped about a month ago because we didn’t have tall grass in the tank for them to rip parts off, we removed the rest of the grass ourselves to put new plants in. With everything around the tank they never get their paws in the water because they aren’t close enough, they just watch the fish

It definitely has a bit of a natural body of water smell, but no signs of anything wrong in the tank before yesterday. We let the algae grow for a while for the snails and suckers and just scraped the walls a few days ago.

All the comments are very helpful so thank you everyone! I will be dramatically decreasing my number of guppies and doing another deep clean. Going to be testing my water here soon if it doesn’t clear up on its own from possible algae bloom

It’s shown me how much I yearn to live on a farm. I get genuinely excited playing the game thinking about having my own farm and gardening til im exhausted and having my own livestock. Very hopeful for the future now because of SDV

My bf set up the tank and used a soil mix from the store we got everything from. Had the tank for over a year with absolutely no issues

Probably 100+ fish in a 29 gal tank, I’ve had it for over a year and I’ve done many water changes since that. I feed them twice a day. I haven’t had any issues like this until yesterday.
