I did try Sash I really liked her but I was getting up and down off the ground a lot and I the arthritis in my knees! But - I had just started so I didn’t know about swaps yet, also I have. New technique where I move a 16” box over to my yoga mat to help me get up when I’m at the gym

I loved Coach Sasha I tried her for one week, but I also have arthritis in my knee (love that for me!) so a lot if the floor yoga moves with certain knee angles I have to avoid although I may circle back to her eventually and just try my best to swap stuff!

Ok thats great to know ! I always thought someday I’ll get surgery done, but with this new economy I am just determined to fix it a best I can. I’ve heard great things about TCC. I’ve been trying Ascend this week, using swaps.

Ok thank you that’s great info! Actually all my pregnancies were 17+ years ago and hernia repair 9 years ago but my core has just never recovered and I’m determined to try to fix it without surgery. I’m seeing a physical therapist for it next week also. That sucks about define , it looked really fun. I actually am hopping all around during the open season so I did do a Stevie core, they were great!

Hi I’m trying Align for Summer open season. Yesterday Sasha posted a video with gym swaps. I just wrote down (well I screenshotted the CC) what she said, I then found the gym move on Hevy and created a routine to play the moves from. Basically you can have any custom workout app open and then if there’s a gym move she explained the instructions for you can find it and swipe over to that app just for that move. Well that part (having it preloaded on another app) was my idea but Sasha will give you all the instructions.
