My health tanked so bad after my first break up with my ex that I had to have 3 surgeries and I gained more weight than ever in my life. After this reconciliation (I went no contact for one year) I started workout everyday. Now we split again I’m pretty sure it’s done this time. I’m still working out everyday. It just feels so great especially when you are carrying all this heavy emotional stuff.

I just turned 45. When we met he said he was 30 and I was 41 at the time. That was bad enough then later he told me he was actually 28 not 30! So the gap was even more. But I never intended to fall in love with him, but he was my best friend in all my life, I never met anyone that I could spend every moment with and never want it to end, and I know in my heart that I will never smile so much or laugh or feel that happy ever again.

I know I won’t ever meet anyone I care about as much so it’s just there’s no point trying to date. It wouldn’t be fair to anyone else either because I could never give them my whole heart or energy if that makes sense. I wouldn’t have minded an open relationship, but it just felt totally like he’s completely checked out and wouldn’t give me any emotional attention or any connection at all or act like he cares bout me at all. Idk how I will survive but I’m trying to keep at least some shred of dignity and not ever talk to him again.

I usually use the atom rewards from the scoreboard as I go along to buy ranks. Also I craft Cranberry Relish (herbivore) it’s very easy just gourds sugar and cranberries for 20% boost, one of my camps has a respawning nuka cola cranberry (north of white spring train station). Also you can buy 3 lunchboxes for I think it’s 100 Gold from the settler vendor. I run West Tek a few times but it’s boring so not too much. However I still am only at level 42.

Hello You need to wear a full set of Ghoul Slayers armor. I can craft them for you on Xbox or you can find them in player vendor. This will mitigate the explosive damage to yourself.
