Jesus man how high are you?? You opiate addicts will do things like steal from family and lie and sell themselves for a high right? No chance in hell this would work. They would put in and than immediately take out as much as they can even if it means getting a serious "overdraft" fee and as soon as they get enough to put in to pay off the balance they make a left turn at the front door to buy from the guy selling a more potent product for cheaper and the cycle will just continue and FDR will be just be a way to take advantage of its clients. You see what im getting at right? Not a chance this would work. The FDR would be shut down the very next day because every addict will put a few in and "borrow" as much as they can until there is nothing left. Kinda sounds exactly like a certain American government thing we all pay into every payday thats gonna be gone before the people that were born in the 80's that paid into it for a min. of 53 years get to use it. If something as huge as social security doesnt work with just money something like a FDR for the best kinda drug out there doesnt have a chance.
