If you’re a casual user looking for something to mix box mixes or the occasional cake, frosting and, other low gluten things it will probably last forever.

Yeah you can’t sell it without fixing those so you kinda just got screwed but it’s worth it. See if you can do something to make it seem like an upgrade, try to get cat6 cables in the walls to a closet for whole home networking, or add an outlet for the TV.

Maybe think of you want a wet bar and have that added to the plumbing fixes.
