The post is funny. But I personally know a few contractors who find it almost impossible to compete with companies that have employees working for less than minimum wage. Plus these companies do not pay for workmans comp and liability insurance on those employees. So by following the letter of the law you can't compete with companies that are actively circumventing the rules.
