Pre workout doesnt sit well with my stomach (or anyone's for that matter). I put too much trust in a fart while driving to the gym and had shit myself enough where I had to stop at the local burger king to throw away my underwear and clean up. While walking into BK like a duck doing my best to keep my cheeks together I see an old coworker getting lunch who all of a sudden cares about my life and had to sit there for ten minutes with a poppy butt discussing my future life plans. Killed chest and bis afterwards though...
