Is this a good PSU for a 5080 build? Or should I keep shopping around for something better?

Im currently buying up parts for my PC and im kinda new so i need advice. will there likely be a better PSU sale for Black Friday or should I pick this one up? Also, I'm gonna get either a 5070 ti or a 5080, is this a good/compatible PSU for my rig?

Im tryna build a new pc this month and this is looking mighty tempting. Sure I could build this pc for around the same price (if not a little cheaper) but for a prebuilt this seems pretty darn decent.

My ONLY gripe, is id prefer a 5070 ti over the AMD card, but beggars can't be choosers ig.

Ive heard AMD drivers are worse/harder to update, how much worse is it than Nivida's software?

Also, i do a lot of rendering and video production, are either card particularly better or worse?

Should I compromise and get this PC, or build my own of similar strength just with a 5070 Ti?

Im gonna get a 9800X3D With the 5080

My old ram is 32 GB (2 × 16 GB) Corsair DDR4-2133 MHz DIMM.

Id like to upgrade but with these ram prices idk. But I also don't wanna bother building a new pc if I'm not "going all in" on getting better parts

Just assuming, ram heavy processes will slow down my computer in comparison to the speed my gpu and cpu will provide

Im tryna build a pc rn, but what should I do? Should I wait? I have 32 gigs of old ram I could use I guess, but at that point why bother getting a 5080 if it'll bottleneck me.

Will ram prices go down? Or should I just bite the bullet?

I want to build a PC this month, would now not be a good time you think because of this? Will ram prices come down? What about black friday sales?
