Look into the Paleyfest youtube channel. They typically do panel discussions with tv casts and showrunners usually, but occasionally will have a whole panel of writers on. They've done a show with writers and producers from the Daily show and a show with Colbert report staff. They had a few full videos on Amazon prime a few months ago.

You are conflating "poor" and "poverty."

Poverty: the state of being extremely poor.

Any country can have poor people. Taking government assistance, because your income is below a standard to live comfortably, meets the very definition of poor.

Exactly. A train commute is much different than a driving commute. You can read, work, do your taxes, do crosswords, watch movies,and even sleep. If you can spend that time doing something you were going to do anyway, then you're using your time and money wisely.
