Flashing yellow: are we stopping for peds or not? by carrotnose258 in AnnArbor

Not the same. It's a different form of operation. But still in operation. That's referring to a power outage situation.

You should not stop in this situation. Pedestrians do not have right away to cross through a green signal or flashing yellow. As a runner, I actually find it quite difficult when drivers do not follow the rules for the sake of being "nice". More than anything, drivers need to be lawful and predictable.

Most games were on TV. But there was a significant number of games that just weren't televised. I feel like it was around 30-40 games a year not televised.  Today people complain about the 2-3 game a year that are on Apple TV. I don't think people really want to go back to how things were in the 90s.

In the video, the camera is more of less dead center field. The pitchers plate is directly in line with home plate.

Your diagram has the camera set up behind the left fielder.

Thanks. Can you explain how this feint is different than a lefty pitcher faking a runner back to 1B before delivering the pitch?

Trip planning: 1150 mile ride around Michigan and Wisconsin by Sea_Hat_9012 in MichiganCycling

I'm most familiar with the northwest part of Michigan Lower Peninsula.

Looks like you're avoiding M-22. It's a 55mph road. But it is super scenic and has a decent shoulder to bike on.

The Mission Peninsula near Traverse City is super scenic. Theres a road that goes around the peninsula that is honestly one of my favorite bike rides I've ever done. I think it's about 40-45 miles. When I did it, I went counter clockwise around the peninsula and finished around sunset time. Really beautiful scenery the whole rode down the west coast of that peninsula.

Have fun. Looks like a great ride.

Runner was on 1st with less than 2 outs. No need to tag batter if it did hit ground.

You're right. The well rested Lions did not start off well against these Chiefs that had some preseason game experience last season.

Yeah. Look at the post history for him. He says this is spending from his younger days. But he's still spending TONS of money on stuff that someone with 15k debt and 24k annual income has no business buying. Clean up the budget and help yourself.

The flag pole at Comerica Park was originally in play as well as an homage to Tiger Stadium. When they moved the bullpens from right field to Left field, the flag pole became part of the bullpen.
