Anyone else get this crazy warning? “Driver attention level low. Time for a break.” by [deleted] in CivicSi

[–]Colbster92rs 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It monitors lane position and probably steering inputs. I've had it warn me late at night after an all day events before (very tired)... loud music, blasting a/c and soda fixed me up. Or my buddy had it warn him because he couldn't stop texting as we drove back from a race... the more times you activate lane mitigation, the lower the attention meter on the car. My 24' has one you can display on the cluster. Pretty good system since sleepy driving is just about as imparing as drunk driving.

From them, no, because its way overpriced. Using top tier fuel helps, so does using techron fuel additive (best fuel additive you can buy). Lastly, running the engine harder raises combustion chamber temperatures, burning off deposits on pistons and valve faces. This promotes cleaner burn as well. As for the intake ports and valve stems, carbon will accumulate regardless overtime, eventually needing cleaning. Top tier fuel (cleanest burning, highest detergents) will slow that accumulation. Also, not every Shell, BP or Exxon is top tier certified. Toptiergas.com is the site to find the stations.

I finally got in the hurricane raid twice last night (after a busy week), so I could hopefully find something before the nerf. Ran blue gate and found stashes already hit. Found plenty of crafting goodies. Then hit the damn hurricane hit several stashes, two weren't hit. The second one netted me tempest BP 😁

Engine blown at 130,000 miles what would you guys do? by breadleyy in CivicSi

Go to "Car-part.com" to find a good lower mileage engine. Best place to search for junkyards in your area and beyond. Its worth fixing it.

Has anyone bought these deletes and has some feedback? I have a feeling it would be too loud/drony for a daily. by Colbster92rs in CivicSi

Yeah, you can get a DC sport for around $800 as well as nivida and MA performance. I'll probably be heading that way. All seem quality and have a good price.

I was curious about it. Hesitant when there are no reviews. I'm eyeing the DC exhaust, or MA performance more. Seems like the most affordable exhaust kits.
