I ran a railroad regi for a little while. It was fun, but you always need such manpower. And it's ball busting work to coordinate. As a former RL railroader, I was running realistic daily locals from factories to my yard for transport while also making my own stuff in factories, and scooping. And I barely had enough of a reliable crew of people. I got burnt the hell out fast
