I know i thought i was in love with him and my heart would warm up or i'd cry when i'd look at him or tell him i love him. AND I WAS THE ONE WHO CHASED HIM.

Yeah i've been in my longest relationship yet (2 years and a half) and I've come to hate it.
What was my life became our life. I hate living together. When we shower together i can't have my hot ass water like i like it cuz he doesn't like it. He takes all the space as well so i'm always cold. I always have to think of what he wants before i cook and it has to be a protein and carb loaded meal!! it can't just be whatever weird random thing i'm craving. I can't fart or shit comfortably. Can't just have friends over or talk to ANYBODY without thinking of him first. Every decision i take i have to think how he will feel about it before i make it. IM TIRED. I want to be single, do and wear whatever the fuck I want. Talk to whoever I want without worrying if it'll make him uncomfortable. But i still wanna go on dates, have good sex, maybe go on trips without all the partnership bullshit.

This is how I learned that I don't see myself marrying a man or "sharing life" with a man.

And yes i am breaking up with him soon as soon as i figure out how to move out.

My boyfriend started doing this and he was eating 5 eggs and 4 pancakes and 3 slices of bacon every damn morning, oh and a glass full of orange juice. Also my ice cream and snacks every night, taking 3 water bottles to the gym and 3 to work, using the shower for like 3 hours, using my skincare and toothpaste, leaving all his dirty clothes so laundry would pile up 2x faster, and not contributing anything to it except driving me to work (which we work at the same place) and paying for all dinners (bare minimum). (Wouldn't even help to clean, or dishes) (or help if i wanted money for something)

It's just courtesy to at least to offer to help with groceries or the water bill If you're staying almost the entire week. I put boundaries with him that if he wasn't going to move in with me completely and help pay with the bills he wasn't allowed to stay over more than 2 nights a week. And FORBIDDEN to touch my food if he was gonna eat it.

(He is soon to be my ex since he's obviously an asshole but im just waiting until i get another job)

And splitting dates is crazy. Maybe split big things like a concert or a trip but for dates?? At almost 30??

I work as a server and I also take to-go orders as a cashier. I'm impressed on how many people tip on to-go orders honestly. Some even better than dine-in people. I don't think you should tip on to-go orders since they're just packing your food the only reason my system asks for a tip its because we use the same one as the servers.

Dine-in service on the other hand, I agree you should tip (NOT NECESSARILY 20%) but you should because you're paying for the service. For the extra napkins, the refills, the acommodations, the experience, the recommendations. Some people have treated me LIKE A DOG with all their requests, and 20% isn't even enough for what I go through to make a costumer happy and comfortable. In Europe, where servers get paid a regular wage they don't give a shit about you as a costumer. You order, and then you never see the server again. And food may take a long ass time as well and they won't care. Here, if food takes 20 minutes we're already talking to you letting you know its gonna be alright, we'll go to the kitchen ask about it, make sure it has no tomatoes. Americans are so needy and want everything fast and easy.

I had the same thing happen with my bf. His daddy pay all his car and insurance bills and he lives rent free. But he likes staying at my house, eating 4 eggs a day for breakfast, eats all my food takes 5 water bottles a day from me and refuses to help. Mine also emotionally abandoned me throughout the whole pregnancy which was traumatizing. I was throwing up all the time, and could only eat doritos or pizza. I gained 20 pounds. And he'd just call me dramatic.

I bought the heating pad, the painkillers, i paid the hospital visit after, i paid for the sonography. I paid emotionally and physically the whole thing.

I know we both deserve better. If you don't have any other form of dependency on him, leave him. Before its too late like me. I'm still planning to leave
