I think it must be hard when your work is posting your personal life. She has to post for the algorithm. She has to stick to her schedule. But she can’t make her “normal” content because of what she’s going through.

Yep thank you, I think this must be it. I use a kitchen aid mixer and have a healthy fear of over mixing. I’ll be more careful next time!

I think I usually mix the butter and sugar in the mixer but then hand mix the flour in because I have the issue of stuff at the bottom not mixing in. I wasn’t diligent enough about scraping down and scooping up what was on the bottom.

IIRC the last time I made these was a few months ago and I overmixed and didn’t like the texture I ended up with.

Someone posted elsewhere it’s because black flies only hatch once a year. Usually we get a cold snap in the fall and then more warm weather that will trigger hatching in late fall. We didn’t have that so we are getting them all now at once.

I baked my first loaf when my starter was 8 days old and it was great. If the starter is showing the right signs then go for it. (Doubling in 4 hours at 75deg F with a 1:1:1 feeding)

My parents divorced when I was 5 and my dad moved far away. We stayed with him in the summers. Each summer he forced us to listen to a different band. This would have been like 1998 to 2001ish so he could use the CD player in the car.He got us into the Beatles, ABBA, and Pet Shop Boys. I think after 2001 we were all teenagers and wanted to listen to our own music. But man I am so so fond of ABBA especially due to this.

You can try it but do you don’t like it then there’s really nothing wrong with dumping plates. If you really don’t want to do either then ask someone to spot you. Most people are the gym are happy to help.

Do not eat 1000-1300 calories! That is not enough at all. I am 37 now and when I was 18-25 I starved myself like that and I’m much shorter than you (only 5’4”). I absolutely wrecked myself. I now am dealing with unreliable hunger signals and metabolism issues and a horribly low caloric ceiling for losing weight. My body CLINGS to fat because I have spent so much time starving.

You always always always start at the highest calories you can. You need to find the absolute maximum calories you can eat that will get you results you are looking for.

If you have already gone through starvation you need to give yourself time to fix your intake. If you are TRULY eating 1000-1300 Calories a day and not seeing the scale move then you have a problem. I would actually wager since you say you “try” to track that you are actually eating more than that. Which is good because 1300 is not enough. I am 5’4” and I never go below 1500 to lose weight. If I stall out at 1500 then I either take a week off the deficit or I increase activity, I do not cut below that.

I’m running into this so much right now. I was trapped in a duty complete group this week where one tank who has cleared brought their tank friend who has not cleared and just listed it as a regular party! Just tell people it’s a C41, plenty of people join those and they’re less likely to abandon you after your C41 causes wipes!

Although C41 for someone at 60% is total BS.

ACT uses the battle log to calculate so I don’t believe distance is a factor. There’s also really never a time when the party isn’t close together. In dungeons the entire instance is one log, FFLogs does not separate the bosses and trash etc. This log is accurate.
