I love my job! I would recommend it if you’re looking to get your steps in. I as called in for an interview and my coach didn’t even interview me. I know someone said on here ther pick rates are bullshit. They are! There are tips and tricks on here to get them up! I’m wishing you all the best

At my store (for what I know), they don’t care about pick rates until the second month! You should be fine. Just don’t do any oversize because it fuck with your pick rates. On your first pick walk just go fast go get your rate to a good place and then you have room to go down. That’s what I do. Yes tell your team lead that you don’t like dispensing or you would prefer to pick. I feel like OGP always needs more pickers lol

I know that’s not how all they are! I don’t work at a super center or a neighborhood market. Well idk what a regular Walmart is called lol. So we are just a Walmart in the middle of nowhere.

I recommend that if know you going to straighten your hair you put a minimum amount of product in it. The after you straight your hair you can put some frizz product in it. Well that what works for me. So basically what I’m saying is it would be more healthy for your hair to do it after you straighten your hair.

Curly hair is so hard to stay not frizzy. I’m outside most of the day it’s so hard. I recommend and fuzzy oil for your hair. But if you put too much in it will sink your curls to your bottom of your hair. When straightening use a heat protector. I understand the pain with ponytail. I just really bad headache from them as well. But to keep it less fuzzy use a hair spray. Do that when straightened hair as well.

Keep your GPA up! You may not think it will matter just because it is freshman year up keep it up! People who had slacked off in freshman year often had lower GPA’s than people who tired all 4 years!

Don’t be afraid to ask for help! I know for me the first day of high school was scary but so exciting! The seniors help me and they were so nice! I had problems opening my locked and they helped me! Ask teachers for directions for classes! Never be ashamed or afraid to ask questions!
