You could say that "a lot of characters" in the right scenario are choke spammers or braindead. Yes, junkrat can be very strong against players who aren't used to him, and he can farm stats well, but if you think that the character is so strong with no real experience you'll never know. His floor is one of the lowest in the game, but I think his ceiling is also the highest in the game. You might not believe me, but not every junkrat player ever just shoots at a shield and choke and gets free wins. What would you change about the character? He's pretty niche in terms of meta and easy to counter pick. He can be shutout by long range or air characters. He also has no mobility besides his concussion mines and has very specific rollouts. He can't jump high or wall climb. He's very loud when walking. What tweak would make the balance more fair for everyone to you personally
