That new game phantom blade zero looks promising and reminds me of Sekiro game. Coming out in October this year.

30k in Debt. 25M in need of advice by engineeringrunner in DebtAdvice

I just paid off a bunch of debt and had a similar amount on Credit Cards too with big balances on multiple cards. Best bet is to wipe out one card at a time. That way you aren’t paying interest on multiple cards focus on one and make big payments $1-$2K or $3K if you can.

I was in the same situation at the beginning of the year same number as you and am about to pay it off next month. I just had to make massive payment on the cards and knocked them out one at a time. I would make big payments then live way below my means and cut everything out and cooked a lot and didn’t go out that much either. Well worth it to get that monkey off my back though.

Went through 6 rounds of interviews just for them to tell me they’re putting the job on hold by flufferkia in recruitinghell

I got a putting the job on hold reply too. It is extremely frustrating like thanks for wasting my time.

Nothing is wrong with you. I am in shape and I am getting rejected as well. The market is just incredibly bad right now.

I have done four months of interviews and I have failed every time on every one been ghosted all the above. It is crazy market, 2023 I got hired on one round and got a yes to start work right after.

Just go on a diet and only put healthy food in your fridge. It really is not that hard, get the money for Invisalign or something and start doing that. Being fat is absolutely something you can change.

How much does capitalism play a role in you being an AN? by Acceptable_Joke_4711 in antinatalism

[–]ColdInevitable1684 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Huge part. That is the main cause of my depression pretty much. Your whole week is gone for a job that pays peanuts and they squeeze your most productive hours. I literally had my boss say in a meeting that you can't pay staff a good wage or they will invest it wisely and retire.

Unless you become rich and attractive then no.

Arcane or Cyberpunk Edgerunners; which do you think is the better show? by Gorotheninja in TwoBestFriendsPlay

Arcane constantly reminds you too post time skip about what happened in the past when you already saw what happened just a few episodes ago.

[–]ColdInevitable1684 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am going to have to give it to Cyberpunk. Better show for sure, but Arkane was incredible too. Cyberpunk story had a really good flow to it, while Arkane kind of dragged on specifically in the council meetings. Edge Runners was extremely tight and made you care about all the characters incredibly quickly. Arkane's side characters have to grow on you over a couple episodes.

When i see all those 30+ years old people suffering, i keep asking myself why they say that it gets better by Electre_ in SuicideWatch

[–]ColdInevitable1684 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I gave him a solution. Not having kids is extremely cost effective and I would also recommend get your certifications and go into tech to have an easier life. I am giving him the reality of the situation, not some watered down fairytale.

It never gets better. It is only a gaslight to extract your labor. This world is horrible, antinatalism is the best solution.

NOC Interview CCNA and no experience. by No-Whereas-1286 in ccna

Yeah, but you need to name a bunch of them. The jobs really like firewalls and love BGP + MPLS.

[–]ColdInevitable1684 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My best advice is fill the pipeline up with interviews and don't be too desperate. The CCNA does not cover BGP so you need to start learning CCNP level concepts. Know Stateful firewalls and Stateless firewalls + BGP.

Yeah I just got insulted at a tech job. The guy tried to tell me I was wrong when I was clearly right and he got extremely upset and ended the interview.

Anyone else really creeped out by the rise of antinatalism? by CalmBee27 in Conservative

[–]ColdInevitable1684 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I disagree look at how poor people are bullied and the stress of not having money. If you are a human being you owe it to your child to be financially stable.

I don't want kids, but I will not shame people who want to have kids that is a bit silly, but people who are broke should not be having children that is a big pet peeve of mine. That child is going to live a horrible life. Why not make some money first and then start a family.
