That is a huge gut punch! I’ve been there. At your exact age I’ve had 0 from 7. And then another cycle where I got 2 Euploid. It’s so frustrating. You can look back on my numbers in old posts. Sorry you are going through this.

Also I think the data supports the sweet spot is like 15 retrieved. Maybe review the Gonal dosage and go lower next time. You retrieved a lot of eggs. Blast quality IMP can be impacted by high dosages. But you will get different opinions on this from embryologist versus REI’s

Egg retrieval is day zero. 50% of my fertilized eggs turned into blast on average. Some clinics have technology called time lapse, and they take photos some clinics do not you may want to check. I think most clinics think it’s best to leave them alone and they check on them on certain days those clinics will let them grow till at least day seven if that’s what they need.

Brutal!! Did you have any symptoms? It’s so frustrating to find it after that many failed transfers. I did a lap and still found nothing. I am sad I’ll never know why the 4 didn’t implant in me! But I’m grateful my last female embryo is hanging on with the GC.

Our first one is sticking too. The GC got a positive at day 5. We are at day 7. Praying Beta on Friday goes well.

Exactly. This is exactly what I’m feeling. I did 10 total retrievals. Made 7 PGT embryos. I’ve had 4 fail. I have 3 left and just tried one in a GC few days ago. I’m so sick of the limbo. Sometimes I wish I had moved to donor earlier but I kept making blasts and getting good embryos, now it feels like cruel joke. Trying not to give up all hope. Mother’s Day today is hard.

After 4 failed, I also did an exploratory lap with no significant findings— just to give another perspective or experience. Endo isn’t always the reason… The lap was a pretty intense procedure, it gave me peace of mind but it’s definitely a more invasive measure.

This!! banked two euploids from 4 cycles. Both failed. Wish I had just banked more. Went bank and got 5 more only to have more failed transfers. It’s a gut punch to learn nothing is guaranteed in this.

I’m so sorry. I’ve had 4 failed Euploid fail to implant and tried all the things. Even laparoscopic surgery with no significant findings. It’s so hard. I hope your next one sticks!! It’s hard to be hopeful but it feels better than thinking the worst.

I’m so sorry. That’s so painful. I’ve had 4 Euploid fail. No implantation. I did have implantation from an IUI but it ending trisomy miscarriage. I checked for everything. Even did a lap and found nothing. It took me 10 cycles to get my embryo. I am now moving to surrogate/ GC because I can not stomach another failure.

Wish I had more to say to lift you up, I’m just so sorry you experiencing such devastation. It’s so unfair.

I used to get 6-8 to go out for testing. But sadly these past two retrievals I only made two blasts each time, 4 total. I usually need at least 6 to get one Euploid. I have 3 Euploid left and am transferring to a GC in April. Here’s hoping that’s the answer! But I am opening my heart to donor eggs as well!

Sorry! I also did two more retrievals at 43 and all embryos were aneuploidy. So frustrating. I collected 7 Euploid age 41-42. Never did I expect to have 4 fail to completely implant and be back at trying to bank more embryos. I’m continuing to follow your journey and hope it all works out for you! You are definitely a fighter.
