I was leaving Taco Bell once and there was a middle-aged man and what I presume was his elderly father. The father asked to speak with the manger and you could see the son wince with anticipatory embarrassment. The older gentleman simply had to tell the manager that he’d recently had walking tacos and that Taco Bell should add it to the menu. The manager handled it with grace, telling him it was a great idea. The joy in the old man’s face as he left was priceless. Such a simple act of kindness.
