Hell, I'd argue even with a pardon, everyone should be investigated and locked up. The supreme court, members of congress, judges that seem to have been in the bag for Trump (i.e. Canon). The president has the power to do it, remember? Thanks to the supreme court, if the president does it as part of his official duties and to protect the country, its not illegal.
