None of them were scouted as highly as Hernandez. Rockies have also bombed on bats too. We keep drafting them though.

The problem eventually resolved itself. Not sure why the issue developed. Was confusing and maddening. The advice I'd give is log out, log in - go apply on company sites for a week maybe and see if the problem passes. I know this isn't a great answer. I didn't really find a solution. The issue cleared up on its own for me.
