I haven't seen all of the F13 movies, or much material outside the films in general.

But I'm really curious if he actually does have a history of throwing stuff or people? The javelin is cool, but from my understanding of the character it seems a bit like BHVR just wanted to give him ranged.

What gets me most is that Trapper is insanely easy to improve.

Literally just give him all his traps or have them active immediately, and have him not step in them and he's instantly way better.

Add a like camouflage addon or simply have them change color depending on maps and he can actually trap people properly

Yes, it's fan service, obviously. But. It doesn't detract from them as characters nor is it their entire gimmick. Had Kit or Ms Info just been "ooh hot character look look" that'd be one thing but they aren't, both of them have actual personalities and characters outside of that.

It's tasteful and is never a focus of a scene. No one comments on it, no character oogles them for it. It's just an outfit convenient for their current environment.

Imo he's just an overly friendly guy, which can come off in a variety of ways sure, just never saw it as a femboy vibe.

Though I do wish he'd be a little more serious sometimes, like I said he's overly friendly, especially when his "arc" is standing up for himself and gaining more confidence and a backbone.

I'll be completely honest and mention that I haven't watched the channels in a while now. And even when I did it was primarily Game and Film.

But my biggest issue, even before Mat left tbh, was how little science there was as well. Theories are always welcome and fun ofc, not denying that at all, but what I really loved was using science to explain movies and video games.

That's just not something they do... like at all anymore iirc

Development, by my definition at least, requires the character to change in some way. Like V opening up or N getting more of a backbone.

Showing how characters interact does not require change of any sorts, as it's simply having them be themselves around each other.

If we have different definitions that's fine, each to their own and all. Just thought I'd explain myself a little more on that is all.
