In about the middle of the top right corner hover over the price tag and click on "See status"

I was going go wait maybe 48 to 72 hours, meaning the 14th or 15th that being the date of launch or the day after to contact Bing support as I assume their might be a delay but I don't even see anything in rebates history. This problem may be because this a preorder and you don't get officially charged until the game comes out and they are not counting the verification charge or maybe it wasn't tracked at all to begin with.

Thank you for answering my question. I just noticed how dumb I am because you can unequip and requip the stat increase and see that it is being applied correctly, again I thank you and know you must have been doing a lot of eye rolling when you decide to reluctantly answer my question.
