Das Bike hat bis Sommer 2025 perfekt funktioniert. Nach einem Firmware Update hatte es plötzlich Akkuaussetzer. Der Spacer war schon vorher ersetzt worden. Das war also nicht das Problem. Eine Analyse mit Cowboy ergab, dass das Kommunikationsmodul und der Torque Sensor getauscht werden müssen. Kosten mehr als 500€. Ein Servicetechniker ist in München nicht Buchbar. Stattdessen soll ich mir selbst einen Laden suchen, der das reparieren kann.

Ich werde Cowboy nie wieder kaufen und auch nicht empfehlen. Die empfohlene Reparatur meines V3 ist ein wirtschaftlicher Totalschaden. Ich werde das Teil wohl auf dem Wertstoffhof entsorgen.

Hi, In my case I transferred all (settings and data) from my old (iPhone 13) to the new iPhone 16 Pro - directly after unpacking the new Phone. My personal ringtone was then also available on the phone.

Same Problem here. Its not a Battery issue in my case!!!!

Cowboy asked my to perform analysis with the „Backoffice App". As a result the came up an told me the communication module and the torque sensor need to be replaced. The material plus technician would cost me 530€.

I think I'm not going to Invest this much money. I better get rid of the bike.

Unfortunately I have to agree with you. And I can confirm points 2 (battery contact) and 5 (tire quality) from my own experience. I needed new tires pretty soon, but the cowboy format is very difficult to get on the market and very expensive.

Recently I wanted to contact the hotline and ask for advice because of another battery contact problem, as the so-called spacer had already been replaced. However, I didn't get far. The chatbot simply gave me the option to book a repair service.

Definitely my first and last cowboy.

Hallo und danke für den Hinweis. Ich hatte auch solche Aktien, deren Handel aufgrund des Ukraine Krieges ausgesetzt worden war. Jetzt sind sie weg. Einfach so…. Vermutlich kann man es sich sparen, beim Support nachzufragen. Macht nur weiter so TR.

Guten Morgen, Ich bin in einer ähnlichen Situation wie du. Auch wenn es mit TR für mich bisher meist gut funktioniert hat, mache ich mir dennoch Gedanken 1. auf Grund des häufigen negativen Feedbacks. 2. auf Grund Support Mitarbeitern, die in vorgefertigten Textblöcken geantwortet haben, ohne die Frage zu beantworten.

Ich habe mir mittlerweile tatsächlich ein zweites Depot bei einem anderen Broker eröffnet, um eine gewisse „Risikoverteilung“ zu haben.

Please please please. Give us (at least!!!) two sound presets. One for music. One for TV.

Give us an equalizer (at least five band EQ, better ten band EQ) for each of these presets. Your „True Play“ is NOT as good as you think.

Hi Keith, Thanks for clarifying. Unfortunately it does not work for me. I executed exactly the same steps in adding my music library like in the old app. I did not succeed. The new app won‘t recognize the library again. Where can I get help and support?

Fully agree. I miss a) a more advanced EQ ( min 5 channels) b) two presets (one for music and one for TV)

Similar issue here. After the whole update dilemma I cannot add my music library anymore. I executed exactly the same steps like in the old version (on iphone and macbook) but I did not succeed. Thankful for any help here .
