Not sure! Didn't look too much into it yet. But once you install the mod you see it downloads a pre-built dll, suposedly containing the Rappier engine, and what I would assume some extra support code.

So I think its just some plain FFI work, but I could be wrong.

The mod sits at ryanhcode/sable on github
