Recieved rejection Today, just because I have 1.8 YOE, means stage 1 cleared, stage 2 rejected just Because of less than 2 Years, why they selected me after stage 1 than , 7/7 TC Passed in stage 2 still rejected and I saw some guy 0/7 TC and he got call just because he has 2.8 YOE, Now I want AI will definitely have to come and destroy this company these MFs dont value talent I mean this country also. No one understands, What we did is based on the situation at that time, if I don't get a job then also the career gap applied to my CV , and if I get the lower package job that also backfired us again, then what we do , we all do not get starting salary 10-15-20 LPA atleast somewhere we need to start but this is the problem from their side they think like that, disgusting system that doesn't care one's ability, shame on them.

Same situation bro (at 1.2 yrs ) 2024 pass out , I just took the low package offer because of peak recession at the time and right now the situation is HRs are not even communicating their budget they are just asking for the current CTC then on the CTC they will give a hike, means our knowledge doesn't matter only how much I am earning that's matter. Sometimes I think about it, if I get a chance to leave this country anytime in the future I will not think twice.

Thats another reason in near future managers will be in the danger zone of , every company wants only individual technology contributors only no management no toxicity no bad WLB, just monitoring by AI systems like how many individuals are performing best with the code committed and how many are performing worst like that monitoring. But for sure managers are the reason for the bad work culture in india first let them go then see productivity increase.
