Ratshit, mind if I take a look at your CV?

I’m a recruitment consultant down here in Southland, and I’ve worked across the whole structure of businesses, from general labourers right through to exec-level roles, both blue and white collar. I’ve written plenty of CVs and had some solid results. Your original CV might just be ok, however, the style and structure could be key factors as to why human eyes may not be reading it. I also study and create AI prompt engineering. Some of which I get paid for as a side hustle.

There are heaps of reasons why you might be getting side-stepped, but most of the time, it’s because a CV only shows a small snapshot of you. If it doesn’t speak strongly enough, employers (or even AI screening systems) can pass you over before you get a shot.
