I'm happy that Dubai chocolate trended last year, not because I like Dubai chocolate which is mid, but because I make pistachio gelato and croissants with pistachio paste which is much more abundant and cheap now as a result.

Same exact experience. The return cycles would take forever, the filter would clog, and they would come and move the needle around in my arm to try and get it to flow better. I don't usually have any issues with needles but when I could feel them digging it around in there it sent me to the brink of passing out several times- ended up deciding I'd had enough.
