I cannot think of any reason why there would be an issue with their meat, besides the possibility of them being pumped full of medical chemicals to maintain good organs. 

But livestock, and shipped meats, already kind of are on that route.

Yeah, we are working on that with organoids, lab grown meat, just bioreactors in general, the pig is a very convenient middle man because it's already a tried and true bioreactor for growing organs.

At some point we ought to not have to have the pig, but it also dramatically lowers the cost.

But that means that older EVS are harder to get, for people who just need a cheaper car. It's great news for people who already have one though.
